WOW! The meeting
room for our Sept. 12th kick-off is filling fast! HS Roller Hockey Clubs
confirmed to attend so far include: Aliso Niguel; Brethren Christian; Canyon;
Capo Valley; Chaparral; Damien; Dana Hills; Edison; El Dorado; El Toro; Laguna
Hills; Los Alamitos; Mater Dei; Mission Viejo; Newport Harbor; Norco HS;
Northwood; Rowland; Santa Margarita; Santiago; Servite; Tesoro; Trabuco Hills;
Villa Park; and Woodbridge. If you haven't confirmed your spot yet,
please reply to RSVP (with head count & names please) ASAP.
What:
An annual meeting of our High School Roller Hockey
community to meet & greet and get acquainted with
the plans & details for the upcoming season. Encouraged to
attend are managers, coaches and team captains for all teams participating in
the IHF Season ahead. Our 2010 kick-off meeting will also feature
addresses from Brennan Edwards of the NCRHA representing our
Collegiate Roller Hockey partnership, IHF sponsors Mission Roller Hockey and
Rink Rat Hockey, Dale Quayle of the special event Give Blood Play Hockey,
and a special address by Jeffrey David representing the Anaheim Ducks
who will speak about CIF sanctioning for high school roller hockey as a varsity
sport. Guests will also include representatives from our rink partners; The
Rinks of Corona Inline and Huntington Beach and The 949 Roller Hockey Center.
Attendees may also win Door Prizes graciously donated by our partners and
sponsors. You don't want to miss this
meeting!
When:
Sunday afternoon,
September 12th, 2010 from 4-7:00 PM
The doors open at
3:00 PM for mingling and the meeting will begin promptly at 4:00. We'll do
our very best to get you out early!
