Subject: IHF Team Binder Appointments

Dear Managers and Coaches,
Board members and IHF volunteers will be conducting IHF Team Binder check-ins this season to avoid that first game rush. You're encouraged to sign-up quickly for one of our available appointment slots to check in your team(s)'s binder. If you have questions about the binder, please refer to our web site at www.ihf-hockey.org/forms.htm. New Combo division teams have the same requirements as the Varsity and Jr Varsity divisions but with minor revisions to be addressed under separate cover.

Binder Check Appointments will be held at The 949 from 10:00 AM through 2:00 PM on Saturday, Oct. 23rd and Saturday, Oct. 30th. Appointments are given on a first-come, first-serve basis only. Please select an hour range as shown below for your appointment and respond by Team Name and Manager Name with your request.

Please allow approx. 15 minutes per team in this process. Teams needing additional requirements following this check-in must be re-checked in advance to the first regular season game. The League will provide the finished 3-ring binder, labeling and color coding for all teams (your materials may be transferred). All Team Binders will be reviewed and then stored at The 949 for the season and become the property of the League. They may not be removed afterwards or for any reason. You're encouraged to make a copy of your binder for use with your travel games and/or tournaments.

Please note also that ALL PLAYERS MUST PRESENT THEIR STUDENT ID AT THE FIRST GAME.

Thank you all for your on-going cooperation!

Regards,
IHF Board of Directors
