Managers. Please locate and download all official IHF forms here. New
forms may also be available; please check in and keep current. Forms requiring completion by data entry are made available in
MS Word and/or Excel formats and have been preformatted for your
convenience. Forms requiring handwritten completion or signature only are
made available in Adobe* PDF format. Forms presented to an IHF Official, Game Official or Facility for
either Registration and/or Game purposes, specifically Final Team and/or Game
Rosters, must be on IHF forms only. Substitutes and handwritten rosters
will not be accepted. Please refer to further instructions for each form
below IHF Forms 2007-08: New IHF forms have been updated for the new 2007-08 Season and
are included below. (PDF) The IHF Board of Directors has revised the Rules for the
2007-08 Season. All officials and participants should become familiar with
the Rules. Please download the IHF Rules and/or view
the Rules in their text
form on this web site. (MS Excel) All 2007-08 teams are requested to complete and
return a Team Profile form. Please download the form, IHF_Profile
of Team or Club_2007-08.xls, which is designed to help the IHF maintain
a more uniform solution for information about your club and team(s). INSTRUCTIONS.
Please download and save this form to your hard drive and save. Complete
the form in its entirety and re-save. Then send a new email with the form
as an attachment to the IHF c/o: zipyaj@gmail.com. Please note that a printed copy of your

IHF Final Team Roster
(MS Word) This document to be completed and submitted in advance to the
first regular season game and include the names, jersey number and school
ID# of each player. Also included also are required entries for Eligible Goalies
and Coaches. This form was produced using MS Word and Excel. Please enter
the required data into all appropriate tables. Do not alter font type or
size. Please download the form, IHF Final Team
Roster.doc., and save this form to your hard drive. Complete this form
in its entirety and re-save. A completed original must be included within
the Team Binder. The IHF Board will inform you of submittal deadline and
instructions via Email.
(MS Word) Based largely on the content from the Final Roster above, this document
to be completed and saved. Please print and/or copy sufficient copies of
the Game Roster to last the Season. It is recommended that copies are
available in the Team Binder(s) and accessible to Coaches, Managers and
Players for signature and submittal to the IHF Game Supervisor and Game
