RE:     Pre-Season Coaches and Managers Meeting for 2007-2008



Greetings to All;

 

We hope everyone has had a terrific summer and are looking forward to a great new season of roller hockey.  While you have been involved in all of your summer activities, the Board of Directors have been hard at work making adjustments and putting together what we anticipate to be another great season of hockey.

 

We have scheduled our Pre-Season Meeting for Sunday the 16th of September 2007 at the Woodbridge Village Association offices in Irvine.  The Meeting is scheduled to begin at 4:00 PM in the afternoon and we hope to have you out and on your way home by 6:00 PM at the latest.  We will be reviewing information for you to sign-up and register by, new documents for the League, a number of adjustments to the Rules, and some other interesting changes that have taken place during the past several months.

The Association offices are located on Creek Road between Barranca and Alton just south of Culver Boulevard in Irvine.  You can get specific directions by going to Google Maps, Map Quest, or calling the Main Office number above.  We look forward to seeing all of you at the Meeting and would like to see at least one representative from each school planning on participating this season.  If your Coach (es) or Manager is unable to attend, please make arrangements for someone from your team to be in attendance so they can carry the valuable information back to everyone.  Please come prepared with names, phone numbers, and email addresses for all the coaches and managers so we can update our records for this season.  We will also be relaying other important information to everyone so we can once again make this season as good as or better than any season before!

 

 

So mark your calendars and we look forward to seeing all of you on the afternoon of the 16th.
